Purpose of this page
This page summarizes how AzScraper expects developers and customers to use Amazon marketplace data obtained through our Services. It is informational guidance—not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for your specific situation.
Intended use
AzScraper is designed for legitimate business intelligence workflows: keyword rank monitoring, price and availability tracking, catalog research, competitive analysis, and operational data pipelines you are authorized to run.
Use the API and exports in ways consistent with your agreements with AzScraper, applicable law, and Amazon’s terms, policies, and robots rules for the marketplaces you target.
Prohibited use
Do not use the Services to circumvent access controls, bypass rate limits, or scrape beyond what your account and our published limits allow.
Do not resell raw Amazon page content as a substitute for official Amazon feeds where you are required to use those feeds.
Do not use collected data to spam, harass, impersonate, or mislead consumers; to train models in violation of third-party terms; or for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Services or Amazon’s infrastructure.
Compliance reminders
You are responsible for how you collect, store, share, and retain data. Follow Amazon’s Terms of Service, Program Policies, and applicable marketplace rules for each region you crawl.
Respect copyright, trademark, and personal-data laws. Minimize retention, secure credentials and API keys, and honor opt-out or deletion obligations that apply to your use case.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that risks the platform, other customers, or upstream sites.
