Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AzScraper websites, dashboards, APIs, documentation, support, and related crawling and tracking features (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

AzScraper is an online service brand. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password, API keys, and other credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and projects, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not create accounts or use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law or a binding restriction that applies to you.

The Services and customer instructions

The Services let you submit product identifiers, product URLs, search terms, and other targets; request Amazon marketplace data; schedule recurring checks; view or export results; and send results to configured webhooks. We process those instructions and associated project data to provide and secure the Services.

Crawl results depend on third-party websites, network conditions, and the data available at the time of a request. Results may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable. Schedules and webhooks are best-effort service features, not a guarantee that an upstream site will remain accessible or return the same data.

Acceptable use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our published limits, and the rules that apply to the websites and marketplaces you target. You are responsible for deciding whether you have authority to collect, use, retain, and share the data you request.

Do not use the Services to bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with an upstream site or the Services, evade account restrictions, submit unlawful or sensitive personal data without authority, infringe rights, deceive or harm people, or resell or redistribute data in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block activity that threatens the Services, users, or upstream systems.

Amazon and other third-party sites are independent of AzScraper. We do not control their content, availability, terms, or enforcement decisions. AzScraper is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

Credits, payments, and taxes

Credit packages and custom credit top-ups are one-time purchases unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise. The price, currency, and credits offered are shown before you complete checkout. Credits are service-use units, not cash, a deposit account, or an ownership interest; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

A credit purchase is processed through Creem’s checkout. Credits are added after we verify the completed transaction. Your use of credits is subject to the rates and usage rules shown in the Services. Any cancellation, refund, or expiry rights required by law or stated in the checkout offer remain applicable. Contact [email protected] about a payment or credit issue.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to your use or purchase, except taxes imposed on our income. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy notice.

Your content and service data

You retain rights you hold in information you submit, such as project details, search terms, targets, webhook configuration, and API requests. You grant us permission to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process that information only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services and meet legal obligations.

Crawled page content and product information may be subject to third-party rights and terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of third-party content to you or to AzScraper. You are responsible for your use and distribution of crawl results.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change or discontinue parts of the Services, or suspend access, when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, non-payment, or a violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice before a material service change or suspension.

You may stop using the Services and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. Closing an account does not erase records that we must keep for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Project and crawl records follow the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services and crawl results are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, accuracy or completeness of third-party data, or that a result will meet a particular business need. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Updates and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where applicable law permits.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction prevail over any conflicting provision. For questions, contact [email protected].
